Bodywork
Regular bodywork benefits all beings! It helps nervous system regulation, relaxes soft tissue, begins to address compensation patterns (acute or chronic) and is a great tool to use in conjunction with Functional Foundations to aid in proper movement and postural patterns before they get out of hand!
These sessions are highly tailored to what each horse needs that day and may include a variety of techniques including Masterson Method, Craniosacral, Acupressure, Myofascial Release and Massage as well as Neuromuscular Repatterning.
Each being is unique in their “factory settings” as well as what their body and nervous system have experienced in life so a specific result can not be guaranteed.
Bodywork is a fantastic way to support your animal in every phase of their life but is not a substitute for regular veterinary care.
Hands On Bodywork Session
Available in Tucson, AZ and surrounding areas!
*Hands on bodywork sessions are currently only available for horses*
The goal of these sessions is to work with your horse not ON your horse. With this approach, they get the benefit of addressing nervous system dysfunction that their body is organizing around. From there we can see where we need to re-build their physical/emotional foundation or fill in some gaps.
The first step is to complete the Hands On Bodywork Session Request Form and I will reach out with next steps!
Pricing:
Single Session-$135
Consistency Discount-$10 off when you book the next session at the recommended interval.
**Travel fees apply after the first 20 miles.**
Bodywork is not a substitute for vet care and I am not able to diagnose illness in a session.
Remote Bodywork Session
In these sessions I connect telepathically with your animal and ask permission to meld energy fields. We will then address sources of tension and imbalance as well as any emotional or energetic blocks that are impacting them.
Sometimes they share information they want you to know and I will include that in the report. Also, if there is anything you’d like me to share with them you can let me know when booking! Any species can participate!
Remote sessions are perfect for animals that:
*Are averse to physical touch (for physical or emotional reasons).
*Are wary of humans or do not have a lot of handling experience.
*Prefer more autonomy over when and how we work together.
